We use a specialized double-boxing technique and eco-friendly biodegradable cushioning to ensure every piece is protected against impacts during transit.
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all Euclids Pottery items are fired at high temperatures making them durable for daily use in both the microwave and dishwasher, unless specifically noted as having gold luster or metallic glazes.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If your piece doesn't fit your space or arrives damaged, please contact our support team to initiate a replacement or a full refund.
Do you accept custom commissions or personalized orders?
We occasionally open slots for custom dinnerware sets and personalized gifts. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when our artisan commission calendar opens.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for the throwing, drying, and firing process.
