At Euclids Pottery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted ceramics. If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the pottery if it arrived damaged.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap the item in its original protective packaging and bubble wrap to ensure it remains safe during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
