Mason Stain 6388. Purplish powder that fires to familiar cobalt blue in glaze. Produces best results in zinc-free glazes up to 2300 F (1260C). Blend with a zircon opacifier to lighten or with CrSn crimson lilac etc. to produce purples or with chrome oxide or stain to produce blue greens. Composition - CoSi
